This is the sort of object that signals you mean business. Inspired by Celtic swords associated with the La Tène culture, this display piece has a polished bronze hilt, bone grip, hand-forged steel blade and hand-stitched leather scabbard. It is blunt and made for display only, which is probably for the best unless your home has frequent Iron Age disputes. There is a talismanic, ceremonial feeling to it, somewhere between historical replica and “don’t ask!”
